About Me
I am passionate about improving how industrial systems operate by optimizing processes, reducing inefficiencies, and creating smarter ways of working. My interests focus on operations, manufacturing systems, and supply chain performance.
Through hands-on experience in automotive, cement, and agro-industrial environments, I have worked on projects involving process improvement, Lean methodologies (DMAIC, SMED, 5S), and operational analysis to support productivity and decision-making.
I enjoy turning complex operational challenges into practical solutions using data, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement approaches. My goal is to contribute to organizations that strive for operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable performance.

Worked on accelerating changeovers and optimizing setup time on the Square 52 line through SMED workshops, quick wins, and KPI tracking.
PFA – Ciments du Maroc (March–April 2025)
Worked on increasing the throughput of a rotary kiln by applying the DMAIC method and developing performance indicators to improve operational efficiency.
Engineering Internship – AEM, Aït Melloul (July 2024)
Worked on improving the efficiency of a cherry tomato grader, optimizing alignment systems, and drafting a technical specifications document.
Industrial Internship – Les Huileries du Souss Belhassan, Agadir (July 2023)
Improved workshop performance using SMED and optimized preform waste by adjusting PET heating times in the plastic transformation process.
