I am an Industrial Engineering student at ENSA Agadir passionate about optimizing operations, reducing costs, and driving innovation in manufacturing and logistics.
My experience includes internships across automotive, cement, and agro-industrial sectors, where I applied Lean tools (DMAIC, SMED, 5S), simulation, and project management to improve efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
I am eager to bring my skills in process improvement, supply chain management, and industrial data analysis to contribute to operational excellence in global industries.

Worked on accelerating changeovers and optimizing setup time on the Square 52 line through SMED workshops, quick wins, and KPI tracking.
PFA – Ciments du Maroc (March–April 2025)
Worked on increasing the throughput of a rotary kiln by applying the DMAIC method and developing performance indicators to improve operational efficiency.
Engineering Internship – AEM, Aït Melloul (July 2024)
Worked on improving the efficiency of a cherry tomato grader, optimizing alignment systems, and drafting a technical specifications document.
Industrial Internship – Atlas Packaging, Agadir (July 2023)
Improved workshop performance using SMED and optimized preform waste by adjusting PET heating times in the plastic transformation process.
